What is Draw Poker Source?
The DPS software suite is a complete solution to any five card draw player. DPS reads hands from on-line card rooms and provides complete history tracking and multiple analysis tools.

What data does DPS record?
DPS records all player actions as it relates to position, bet level, and hand strength. DPS records all opponent activity as it relates to position and draw total.

What tools does DPS offer?
-eV Analysis:
DPS will scan your complete histories for instances where your action results in a negative result, and rate then in order of importance.



+eV Analysis:
DPS will scan your complete histories for instances where your action results in a positive result, and rate then in order of importance.



Opponent pre-draw analysis:
During an active game, DPS will analyze opponent in question and will determine what hand strength is required to call the opponent's pre-draw raise, or what is required to bet.



Opponent post-draw analysis:
During an active game, DPS will analyze opponent in question and will determine what hand strength is required to call the opponent's post-draw raise, or what is required to bet based on the number of cards the opponent drew.



Complete Player Profile:
DPS will provide generalized details on an opponent. Such data includes check/raise frequency, Bluff/raise with draw, and general aggressiveness. (Feature integrated into opponent Analysis)

What is the difference between DPS High-Stakes and DPS Basic?
DPS High-Stakes allows players to use DPS at all blind levels. DPS Basic only permits players to play $2/4 and below.

If I have DPS Basic, can I still play a high-stakes table while DPS is running?
Yes, but no analysis or recording tools will be available to you.

Are PokerStars histories protected?
Absolutely. All files used by DPS are backed up in a /drawhistories folder

What games and Poker Rooms does DPS support?
At this time, DPS only supports PokerStars FL Five Card Draw. PokerRoom will be added in the very near future.

I am not a member of Pokerstars, but I want to try DPS. Do you have an affiliate code or discount for signing up on PokerStars?
Yes, we do. PokerStars Five Card Draw Signing up a new account on Stars through DPS will result in a $20 bonus after transaction confirmation

DPS says I have played 0 hands with a player, but I have played hands with the opponent where he has showed down a hand. Is that a problem with DPS?
Analysis is based on position. While you may have shown-down hands with your opponent, it was not from that given position/draw total.

Should I buy DPS if I play mostly outside of PokerStars?
DPS individual analysis transcend all Poker rooms. Opponent analysis is primarily for PokerStars specific players at this time, but other rooms are being added in the very near future. All Poker Room updates will be available for free.

Are all updates free, and how often will DPS be updated?
All updates for FL draw will be available for free. Close to the release, new versions will be available almost daily as I integrate your suggestions into the software. DPS will automatically check for updates.

Does DPS work for FL Tournaments/SNGs?
No.

Is the DPS payment system reliable?
Yes we use Paypal for all forms of payment.

What information does DPS collect over the web?
The only information DPS transmits to the DPS.com server is your DPS account name to authenticate account access and time/date of log-in/log-out. No passwords, hand histories, or personal data is sent. *DPS may, in event of error, check its server for a missing essential file that was misplaced on your hard drive. These files are typically templates, and are avaiable with any copy of the software. Again, no personal data outside of the user name is transmitted at any time.

How do referral bonues work?
For any indiviual that buys a DPS product and provides your name as a referral, 10% will be credited to your account. DPS credits will apply towards the purchase price (retroactively, if already purchased) of the software suited. Any credits over the purchase price will be sent by check or can be used to purchase DPS gear at a discount. All credits will be awarded on the 1st of each month.

Do you offer technical support?
Yes. Please email support@drawpokersource.com. If the situation is unable to be resolved via email, a DPS agent will call you to resolve the problem.

Do you accept Suggestions?
Absolutely. Suggestions regarding the DPS software should be addressed to John.Dages@drawpokersource.com. Suggestions regarding DPS on the web should be directed to Brent.Todd@drawpokersource.com. Suggestions regarding the forums should go to mb5322@drawpokersource.com.

Does DPS provide analysis for pot-limit, no-limit draw?
No. DPS will eventually support PL draw, but not in the near future.

Who are we?
John Dages, Application Developer – Since his first job in IT at age 16, John has always been immersed in software and emerging technologies. Projects in John's portfolio include a computer-controlled jet engine, and he was a member of the initial project team that developed EBBIE (Electronic Blackboard for Interactive Education). A poker enthusiast, the DPS software is a natural software progression of his favorite game, 5CD. John holds a B.A. in Computer Science from DePauw University.
